Why ADR is the Future
of Legal Resolution
Mediation is no longer the “alternative”—it’s the modern standard for resolving disputes. With the right mediator, parties can:
Avoid drawn-out litigation and escalating legal fees
Control their outcomes instead of surrendering decisions to a judge or jury
Preserve relationships and reputations through confidential discussions
Find creative, win-win solutions traditional courts can’t provide
Craig applies his decades of litigation insight to guide parties toward lasting, practical agreements—not temporary truces.
Why Choose

Confidential and Neutral Setting: All discussions are private and off the record.
Time and Cost Savings: Resolve disputes in days or weeks, not years.
Control and Flexibility: You—not a judge—decide the outcome.
Preserve Relationships: Especially vital for family, business, and professional disputes.
