Why ADR is the Future
of Legal Resolution

Mediation is no longer the “alternative”—it’s the modern standard for resolving disputes. With the right mediator, parties can:

  • Avoid drawn-out litigation and escalating legal fees

  • Control their outcomes instead of surrendering decisions to a judge or jury

  • Preserve relationships and reputations through confidential discussions

  • Find creative, win-win solutions traditional courts can’t provide

Craig applies his decades of litigation insight to guide parties toward lasting, practical agreements—not temporary truces.

Why Choose
Mediation in Florida

Mediation offers a collaborative, problem-solving approach to legal disputes that traditional litigation often can’t. It allows you to address every issue that matters—not just the ones listed in your lawsuit.

  • Confidential and Neutral Setting: All discussions are private and off the record.

  • Time and Cost Savings: Resolve disputes in days or weeks, not years.

  • Control and Flexibility: You—not a judge—decide the outcome.

  • Preserve Relationships: Especially vital for family, business, and professional disputes.
